Before using Spark, I dreaded tax season. Getting on TurboTax or using a National company always rubbed me the wrong way.
With Spark, I was able to get face to face service with an expert who took the time to understand my way of life to ask relevant questions (that I hadn’t even thought of) to use for the benefit of my filing.
On top of that the fee for this personal service wasn’t absurd. Everything is fair, nothing is hidden, and everything is explained. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
